We are seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to join our implementation Team!

About the Role:

  • Ensure all client launches are delivered on-time and within scope, including managing intake, pipeline, tasks and timelines
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to help solution appropriate workflows and ensure their efficiency and replicability
  • Work across stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation for launch
  • Perform risk assessment and management to minimize launch delays and downstream impacts
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and workflows
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress, barriers and risks
  • Drive accountability with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful launch
  • Partner with various functional areas to ensure launch readiness and remove barriers
  • Partner with leadership to provide strategic insights to develop implementation best practices
  • Complete post launch analysis and performance reporting
  • Partner with Customer Success to transition client to steady state management and oversight

    • About You:

  • A minimum 5-7 years of experience as a solutions-oriented project manager, ideally in a fast-growing startup (digital health preferred)
  • Experience working on multiple large-scale client implementation efforts simultaneously
  • Experience in client-facing, business development and project calls with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with early start-up environment; able to move forward in sometimes ambiguous situations with a clear plan of action and next steps
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience executing projects through the full life cycle
  • Experience using Smartsheets
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good sense of humor
