Heard is an all-in-one financial solution for health and wellness providers that combines software and human support to handle bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, and more. Our mission is to help providers be providers by acting as their financial back office to empower providers to spend less time running their business and more time giving clients the help and support they need through an affordable, easy-to-use software tool with real-time human support.

Role Overview

At Heard, we’re building products that help providers run healthy, thriving businesses. As a Product Manager Lead, you’ll play a key role in defining what we build, why we build it, and how we deliver value to our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations to create scalable, delightful experiences that help us reach and support hundreds of thousands of provider businesses.

What You'll Own

  • Define and drive product strategy, priorities, and success metrics for our core platform.
  • Own and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to customer needs and business goals.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems.
  • Deeply understand our customers — their workflows, challenges, and goals — to guide decision-making.
  • Use a blend of data and empathy to make informed decisions — balancing technical feasibility, customer value, and business impact.
  • Foster a culture of customer empathy and excellence in everything we ship.
  • Define success metrics and work cross-functionally to measure and continuously improve product performance.
  • Contribute to building and evolving the product function at Heard.
  • Help Heard scale by improving internal processes and leveraging technology (including AI) to reduce complexity as we grow.
  • You Might Be a Fit If:

  • You have 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Proven ability to own product strategy and execution end to end – From discovery to delivery.
  • You love solving complex problems and finding elegant, user-centered solutions.
  • You’re curious about how AI and automation can unlock new customer value and thoughtful about how to apply them responsibly.
  • You are biased toward ownership and action.
  • You’re customer-obsessed and balance empathy with data-driven thinking.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can align stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • You care about impact and value shipping things that make a real difference for our users.

This role is critical to our next stage of growth – as we expand our product surface area into AI, refine our systems, and continue building tools that let our customers focus more on their clients and less on the complexity behind the scenes.
