🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or high-volume roles.
• Strong rapport and customer service via phone, text, email, video.
• Excellent verbal communication; explain complex hiring info clearly.
• Strong organizational skills; track multiple candidates and follow up.
• Technical aptitude to use ATS, CRM, and hiring automation tools.
