Healthcare Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop secure, scalable data systems for HIPAA-regulated analytics.
• Build and operate data pipelines ingesting EHRs, claims, and SDOH data.
• Collaborate with analysts to define requirements and create analytics-ready datasets.
• Work with senior engineers to improve infrastructure and expand data engineering.
• Contribute to data quality via validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng/Data Science or related.
• 3+ years in related technical role or relevant internships.
• Strong Python and SQL; write clean, maintainable code.
• ETL data pipelines experience with Airflow or Prefect.
• Azure cloud familiarity; willing to learn cloud tools.
• Healthcare data experience (claims, EHR, FHIR) with Tuva/dbt familiarity.
