📋 Description

• Transform operational and healthcare data into actionable insights via reports and dashboards.
• Support care delivery reporting, clinical stratification, and population health strategy.
• Partner with nursing, quality, and health impact leaders to design analyses.
• Deliver self-service reporting that enables data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Report to Director of Clinical Insights; serve as primary analytics engine.
• Improve health outcomes for members and clients through analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Tableau dashboards and reports design, build, and maintenance.
• Advanced SQL across multi-source healthcare data.
• Cloud data warehouses (Redshift) and Big Data (Hadoop/Hive).
• Databricks architecture experience.
• Excel proficiency; Python a plus.
• Healthcare data, population health, or clinical data experience.
