📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle for a multi-state behavioral health org.
• Directly manage 3-4 billing specialists; own intake to collections.
• Stabilize, strengthen, and scale billing operations.
• Implement controls to eliminate aged claims and posting errors.
• Build foundational revenue cycle reporting infrastructure.
• Ensure billing compliance across credentialing, CPT/ICD/POS.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced eClinicalWorks (ECW) billing experience (mandatory).
• 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle leadership with direct reports.
• MS Excel reporting proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong CPT/ICD/POS validation knowledge.
• Denial management and AR recovery experience.
• Behavioral health billing and Medicaid experience (preferred).
