- Support HSE Manager to maintain a safe, compliant site across Rudie’s Kitchen and Aces Pantry.
- Conduct checks, audits and investigations; assist with training and documentation.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site with standard office hours.
- Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting; escalate issues.
- Help prepare HSE reports, KPIs and data analysis to spot trends.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and PPE management.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing, logistics or FMCG HSE role.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Strong communicator; engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Highly organized with meticulous records management.
- Proactive, practical problem-solver; hands-on.
- Proficient with PC systems to produce reports and docs.
