🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Safety, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in occupational health and safety management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor law, OHS regs, and OSHA/international standards
- Experience conducting risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to manage risks
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian and HSE certifications are a plus
