📋 Description

• Actively seek to advance the state of the art; develop innovative solutions as research needs evolve.
• Collaborate with a project team to provide technical planning expertise.
• Participate in user group meetings to refine program needs and assess space utilization.
• Communicate planning concepts to project teams and owners via reports and visuals.
• Translate planning concepts into understandable terms for clients and designers.
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years related experience; at least 2 years as healthcare SME.
• US licensure/registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Analytical, independent thinker with willingness to learn.
• Client-facing with strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with Revit, MS Office and Bluebeam; travel may be required.
