📋 Description

• Establish goals and track KPIs for utilization, cost, quality, and shared savings.
• Educate market teams on payer-specific quality programs and incentives.
• Lead stakeholder engagements for HPP Managers and Directors as needed.
• SME for HPP Analysts; train and onboard on payer strategy/tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market-level strategies.
• Analyze payer data to identify trends and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience with Health Plans and performance analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid; HEDIS/STARs.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication; strong interpersonal skills; Tableau preferred.
