  • Conduct home orientations and manage onboarding paperwork.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with frail or elderly disabled adults and caregivers
  • Ability to travel within Connecticut
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; team-player mentality
  • Working knowledge of ADL/IADL assessments; hands-on home care experience preferred
