Oversee day-to-day operations of the TAY Health and Wellness Center.
Ensure program objectives, contract compliance, safety, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with City partners and participate on the Program Leadership Team.
May work non-traditional hours, including evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekends.
Collaborate across programs to mobilize resources and address challenges.
Model GLIDE's mission and values in daily service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
3+ years in program management, staff supervision, and operations oversight.
5+ years serving at-risk and disenfranchised populations (TAY, shelters, crisis centers).
Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed care; ethical practice in social work.
Ability to supervise, lead, and coach a mid-sized, 24/7 staff; strong people management.
Strong prioritization, multitasking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
