Shape Anthropic’s positions on health policy issues impacting product
Translate health AI policies into product opportunities with ethical use
Work with product teams to embed policy into development and pipeline
Monitor global regulatory developments and drive policy responses
Collaborate with product, GTM, and cross-functional teams to set industry standards

🎯 Requirements

8-12 years healthcare and/or life science regulatory policy experience
Strong relationships with health regulators (FDA, CMS, ONC)
Track record shaping health policy/regulatory frameworks
Experience with health tech product teams (dev, deployment)
Excellent communicator translating AI concepts to regulators and product teams
Bachelor's degree required
