📋 Description

• Be the analytics partner inside the pod.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, Design, Ops, and Clinical to define questions and metrics.
• Run rigorous experiments: design and analyze A/B tests with clear hypotheses.
• Connect behavior to strategy using funnel, cohort, and lifecycle analysis.
• Use causal inference when experiments aren't possible (diff-in-diff, matching, regression).
• Build predictive models with clear launch criteria and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years using data to drive product or business decisions.
• Expert SQL and strong Python or R, with reusable analysis workflows.
• Deep Bayesian experimentation, causal inference, and measurement design expertise.
• Strong modeling judgment: know when to build, validate, and launch models.
• Track record leading cross-team work and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication and influence to move decisions forward.
