- Strong data fluency with forecasting models and metrics (MAPE, RMSE)
- Translate model outputs into real-world decisions
- Builder-leader with experience creating scalable teams and processes
- Excited by orchestrating human and AI systems
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across domains
