  • Ability to operate at senior manager level; translate strategy into execution.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams; clear goals and operating rhythms.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher); cross-functional collaboration.
