  • 5+ years in growth/performance marketing in high-growth SaaS/fintech.
  • Proven ownership of acquisition targets and growth KPIs.
  • Hands-on with paid channels: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates.
  • Data-driven mindset; metrics CAC, LTV, ROAS, ARPU.
  • Experience with experimentation: A/B tests, landing pages, attribution models.
  • Cross-functional with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Finance.
