📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve safety, risk, and compliance infrastructure.
• Serve as primary expert on regulatory compliance and duty-of-care.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Product to align policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies.
• Oversee incident reporting and caregiver grievance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field.
• 5+ years in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations for in-home/facility care.
• Experience building compliance programs and training curricula.
• Strong analytical skills; translate risk into actionable policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives.
