📋 Description

• Empower and develop a team of 20, incl. two recruiting managers.
• Partner with VP+ Engineering to define hiring profiles and growth goals.
• Lead AI and data-driven recruiting tools and strategies.
• Scale hiring programs to attract tech talent across our org.
• Innovate top-of-funnel strategies: branding, community, referrals.
• Build data infrastructure to forecast capacity and inform exec decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of recruiting experience with 6+ years in people management.
• Experience managing managers and leading 15-20+ person teams.
• Engineering Recruiting Expertise: track record building large-scale engineering orgs.
• AI & Data Fluency: ability to apply AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: influence VP+ tech hiring philosophy.
• Hands-on Leadership: lead by example while setting direction.

🎁 Benefits

• Denver pay: $195,745–$241,419/yr.
• SF & NY pay: $229,785–$283,402/yr.
• Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in office weekly.
