- Proven track record scaling a technical recruiting function
- Deep experience hiring across software eng (backend, frontend, infra, ML)
- Strong people leadership: hiring, developing, retaining recruiters
- Data fluency: use metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and executive presence with VPs and senior candidates
