Head of Technical Program Management - Banking

📋 Description

• Own Mercury's bank charter and governance across eng, product, design, data.
• Define the TPM operating system for the banking org: rituals, tooling, reporting.
• Build automation and agentic flows to run programs efficiently.
• Build and run exec-level reporting with dashboards and narratives.
• Pressure-test timelines and estimates with engineering/product leaders.
• Build, manage, and develop a TPM team while running select programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in program mgmt, eng, or product; 3+ years leading TPMs/PMs.
• Technical background in engineering/TPM; able to discuss architecture tradeoffs.
• Fintech/banking/regulatory experience preferred.
• Proven track record building PM functions or operating systems.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication up to execs and teams.
• Solutions-first mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and driving clarity.
