🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: Bachelor's or equivalent; 8+ yrs in programmatic management; 3+ yrs leading.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading technical teams with strong mentoring.
  • Technical Expertise: DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP), DMPs, RTB, GA/Adobe, tagging.
  • Strategic Thinking: Align team goals with company objectives; develop strategies.
  • Client-Centric: Build senior-level client relationships.
  • Communication & Analytics: Strong verbal/written communication; data analysis; Excel/Sheets.
