• Own and execute the global recruiting strategy across technical, GTM, and G&A.
• Lead end-to-end candidate lifecycle from outreach to offer.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting in fast-growth tech companies.
• 2+ years owning the talent function.
• Experience leading global or multi-region recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting across technical and GTM roles.
• B2B SaaS senior‑level hiring, with emphasis on EMEA; UAE a plus.
• Strong analytics, ATS reporting, and sourcing capability.
