📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing System Operations team with clear ownership.
• Set priorities across a broad portfolio of work to ensure focus.
• Drive team effectiveness with rhythms, metrics, capacity planning, and execution.
• Drive automation, self-service, and AI workflows to reduce manual work.
• Oversee identity, endpoint, apps, and automation domains; own Entra ID.
• Ensure security, audit, and control with reliable processes and standards.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable growth, onboarding, and integrations.
• Improve speed, quality, and reliability of technology services; drive Terraform standards.

• Technical depth in identity platforms, endpoint management, SaaS admin.
• Experience building durable processes balancing speed, control, and quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and applying them to operations and internal workflows.
• Strong judgment, clear communications, and comfort in fast-moving environments.
