🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in content/creative production or studio operations (UGC/paid social)
- Proven experience managing or scaling a production studio
- Strong background in short-form content production; DSLR workflows a plus
- Proven ability to increase throughput while maintaining quality
- Experience leading and scaling production teams; operational planning
- Experience building systems, SOPs, and production documentation
