Head of Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Act as Otter's primary finance partner, owning forecasting and planning.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for growth and capital allocation.
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning; build financial models; track variances and KPIs.
• Partner with ops, product, and GTM to guide pricing, resources, and cost optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or highly analytical field.
• 2–5 years in an investment-facing role with exposure to deploying capital.
• 2–5 years in an in-house finance role partnering with operators.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and intellectual rigor.
• Collaborative with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
