- Manage Carpentry & Props dept during rehearsals, performances, training, and transfers.
- Hire, train, and supervise permanent, temporary, and local crew; HR tasks.
- Collaborate with Technical Director to manage budgets, forecasts, and capex.
- Lead special projects: research, purchasing, installation, upgrades.
- Maintain documentation: equipment specs, logs, safety records, inventories.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety culture; uphold show standards.
🎯 Requirements
- Availability to tour internationally full-time.
- College diploma in live entertainment, theatre production, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years Stage Carpentry & Props experience.
- Minimum 3 years leadership in technical entertainment; 2 years touring.
- Woodworking, repairs, rigging, welding, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical work.
- English fluency; additional languages a plus.
