  • Own SE attach rate, win rate, and revenue per SE across Americas.
  • Partner with Sales and AM to ensure right coverage at the right stage.
  • Drive workshop-led engagements to shorten sales cycles.

  • Cultivate trust with prospects during technical evaluations.
  • Lead and develop SE teams across Early Stage to Enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in Solutions Engineering/SaaS, with 5+ years in people leadership.
  • Proven track record leading SE teams across SMB, Growth, Enterprise.
  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership at VP/Director level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build operational systems for measurable impact.
  • Background in GRC/compliance/security/identity a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
