📋 Description

• Build, mentor, and grow a Public Sector Solutions Engineering team.
• Define the technical GTM strategy for the Public Sector.
• Act as a player-coach for product demos in high-stakes meetings.
• Partner with Federal Engineering and Product to deliver pilots.
• Represent Scale’s platform at major industry events.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Eng or tech consulting with leadership.
• Strong CS/Math background; proficient in Python or JavaScript.
• Federal/Public Sector experience; active TS clearance.
• Strategic thinker; advise non-technical sales teams.
• Excellent communicator with engineers to C-level.
• Travel up to 20% and able to operate in fast-paced env.
