📋 Description

• Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary Security Engineering org.
• Define and deliver security strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Advance preventive, engineering-led security systems to reduce risk.
• Set the technical bar for security architecture, product security, identity.
• Partner with stakeholders to enable business velocity and trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security or software engineering, 5+ years managing teams.
• Background in software engineering, system design, and security architecture.
• Deep knowledge of app/platform risks (OWASP Top 10).
• Identity and access controls (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
• Significant experience securing AWS environments at scale.
• Strong ability to evaluate trade-offs and communicate decisions.
• Curiosity about AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making.
