- Define and drive ensemble modelling across multiple models.
- Ensure modelling aligns with certification standards and client needs.
- Manage Klim's soil scientists, setting standards and mentoring the team.
- Translate modelling into audit-ready, operational workflows with product teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on RothC or other soil carbon models, incl. calibration and scale use.
- Proven track record building/applying biogeochemical models across RothC, DayCent, DNDC.
- Prior experience leading or managing scientific/modelling teams.
- Proven model validation/verification experience, incl. calibration and uncertainty.
- Working Python knowledge to read code and collaborate with engineers.
- Experience with carbon methodologies and frameworks (Verra VM0042/VM0053, ISO, SBTi FLAG, GHG).
