  • Deep understanding of ad tech partners' structure, economics, processes, roles and clients.
  • Leadership skills β€” strong point of view, ability to navigate complex matrix organizations.
  • Data-literate mindset: comfortable interpreting AI-generated insights and translating them into actionable sales strategies.
