  • Carry and close own enterprise pipeline end-to-end.
  • Partner with CRO on GTM strategy, process design, pricing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record building/scaling a sales team from early stage to revenue milestones.
  • Strong record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise SaaS deals as an individual contributor.
  • Experience as founder/early sales hire/leader at a high-growth startup with ambiguity.
  • Deep expertise in consultative, value-based selling; diagnose before you prescribe.
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and GTM design.
  • Strong hiring instincts to find and close elite sales talent.
  • Executive presence and C-suite engagement.
  • CRM proficiency and pipeline discipline.
  • Gov contracting familiarity preferred but not required.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150K–$250K
  • Commission + Bonus: $75K–$150K expected
  • Total Target Compensation: $225K–$400K+ OTE
