- Experience as founder/early sales hire/leader at a high-growth startup with ambiguity.
- Deep expertise in consultative, value-based selling; diagnose before you prescribe.
- Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and GTM design.
- Strong hiring instincts to find and close elite sales talent.
- Executive presence and C-suite engagement.
- CRM proficiency and pipeline discipline.
- Gov contracting familiarity preferred but not required.

- Commission + Bonus: $75Kβ$150K expected
- Total Target Compensation: $225Kβ$400K+ OTE
