- 3+ years in FX with SPOT, forwards, and derivatives knowledge.
- Proven leadership; able to influence C-Suite relationships.
- Strong sales management, business acumen, and strategic accounts.
- Knowledge of international payments and FX products.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Highspot) and MS Office.
- Able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
