🎯 Requirements
- Experience in Live Entertainment and touring theatre.
- Strategic, data-driven leader with commercial instincts.
- Proven ability to scale Sales and Marketing across multiple productions.
- Direct leadership of Directors of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Production, and Creative.
- Strong CRM, ticketing, and revenue management experience.
- 12+ years in sales/marketing/revenue leadership in live entertainment.
