  • 7-10 years in financial services sales; 5+ years in leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance/marketing or related field
  • CISI certificate holder
  • Proven sales growth in Kenya and the region
  • Strong understanding of Kenyaโ€™s economy, culture and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English and Kiswahili
