- 3+ years leading quota-carrying AEs.
- 5+ years as an individual contributor (AE) in B2B tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience with international/remote teams; EMEA/APAC exposure preferred.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven mindset.
