📋 Description

• Build out our sales function and team; identify high-potential brands for YouTube.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to close; bring in new business and hit revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor a team to support top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
• Learn and live Snowball's unique approach to YouTube; clearly communicate that value to prospects.
• Build genuine relationships with potential clients; deeply understand goals and how Snowball can drive growth.
• Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to shape winning proposals and close deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in sales, BD, or GTM; owned full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Persuasive closer with outbound instincts and hustle-driven mindset.
• You've built out a sales function and team.
• Strategic thinker who can see the big picture, and sell it.
• You have a deep passion for YouTube, digital content, and the future of media.
• Bonus: Skills in Figma or Photoshop or design tools.
