  • Stand up OpenAI's first enterprise SDR function (org design, tooling, metrics)
  • Build and scale a global SDR org aligned to Large Enterprise and verticals
  • Own enterprise pipeline generation strategy and quality flow
  • Translate product usage, pilots, and inbound into qualified opportunities
  • Create vertical SDR motions for Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail
  • Partner with Sales, Field Eng, Marketing, Partnerships, and Strategy & Ops for a unified GTM

🎯 Requirements

  • Have 10+ years in enterprise sales, revenue, or GTM leadership
  • 3–5+ years of second-line SDR leadership building and managing managers
  • Built enterprise demand engines from scratch in product-driven or platform businesses
  • Fluent in product-led and usage-based GTM (PQLs, pilots, free-to-paid, expansion)
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (FS, Life Sciences, Retail)
  • Data-driven with pipeline analytics and forecasting
  • Thrive in matrixed GTM organizations spanning Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Strong talent builder with presence to engage senior enterprise and CRO-level stakeholders
