  • Identify new business opportunities through existing and new real estate partnerships.

  • 5+ years of sales experience with field sales, route planning, and leading a field team.
  • Coaching and training skills to help the team improve and generate sales.
  • Organized, data-driven, and able to propose data-based solutions.
  • Capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM experience and Google Suite is highly desired but not required.
