🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years risk management experience in FCA-regulated financial services (CFD/spread betting)
- Deep knowledge of FCA risk rules: SYSC, PRIN, Consumer Duty, MIFIDPRU
- Experience managing outsourced or shared risk functions and SLAs
- Experience designing enterprise risk frameworks: risk registers, KRIs, ICARA/ICAAP
- Strong grasp of market, credit, liquidity risks and conduct risk for retail trading
- Experience preparing risk MI for boards and engaging with the FCA
