- Lead and oversee Ramp Ireland's risk management framework.
- Senior leadership role in the second line of defence.

🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise risk management (financial services/fintech/crypto).
- Senior leader in a second-line risk function.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Law, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Certifications: PRMIA PRM, GARP FRM, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Irish/EU regulation incl. CBI.
- Familiarity with VASP regulations and risk considerations.
