🎯 Requirements
- Experience building risk function from scratch or major transformation
- Deep understanding of operational and tech risks in digital platforms (cybersecurity, data protection)
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management: frameworks, risk appetite, embedding risk
- Strong knowledge of risk governance, internal controls, regulatory expectations; board reporting
- Experience navigating regulatory requirements in travel sectors or payments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication to embed risk awareness
