📋 Description

• Lead regulatory compliance strategy across MiCA, payments, and EMI.
• Build and maintain scalable governance, controls, and escalation.
• Serve as primary contact with AMF/ACPR for regulatory obligations.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and remediation plans.
• Translate regulatory developments into operational actions.
• Drive risk controls and regulatory licensing across EU markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in compliance with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, PSD2, EMI knowledge.
• AMF certification (or equivalent) and ACAMS a plus.
• Experience managing regulatory examinations and audits.
• Ability to scale compliance in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in French; professional English.
