🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, or Revenue Strategy
  • Experience scaling RevOps at a high-growth startup
  • Strong analytical instincts to turn data into decisions
  • A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset; comfortable in the weeds
  • Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and influence without authority
  • Comfort leveraging automation, AI, and modern RevOps tooling
