π― Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles in a B2B environment
- 5+ years of people management experience, including building and scaling teams
- Experience supporting complex, multi-role revenue organizations (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships)
- A track record of designing enablement programs that drive measurable business impact
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leveraging data and systems (Salesforce, BI tools, LMS platforms) to inform enablement strategy
