  • Own the global revenue enablement strategy, onboarding, learning, and messaging
  • Build and scale a high-performing enablement team
  • Partner with Revenue Leadership to close gaps and drive improvements in productivity and conversion
  • Lead enablement for major changes: products, segments, pricing
  • Develop standards for sales methodology, messaging, and deal execution with Sales & Marketing
  • Design onboarding that ramps hires quickly and consistently

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles in a B2B environment
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including building and scaling teams
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-role revenue organizations (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships)
  • A track record of designing enablement programs that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging data and systems (Salesforce, BI tools, LMS platforms) to inform enablement strategy
