π― Requirements
- At least 2 years managing a B2C sales team of 5+ agents
- At least 3 years overseeing revenue operations >$5M annually
- Knowledge of Learnership (SA), Apprenticeship (UK) and enterprise ed sales
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- Experience leading sales teams in a high-growth startup
- Experience aligning marketing and customer success teams
- Experience managing a CRM-based pipeline and forecasts
- Excellent analytical ability with CRM data and market data
