- Set, monitor, and meet quarterly revenue targets across product lines
- Define structure and teams for direct-to-consumer admissions, Learnerships, and bulk B2B/enterprise sales
- Implement best practices across Admissions, Learnerships, Collections and Student Success to engage applicants
- Build and oversee a team for market sizing analyses for new markets
- Collaborate with Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies for entering new markets
- Set quarterly OKRs for teams and may require hours outside standard times
π― Requirements
Minimum
- At least 2 years managing a B2C sales team of 5+ agents
- At least 3 years leading a revenue operation with $5M+ annual revenue
- Knowledge of Learnership (SA), Apprenticeship (UK), and enterprise education sales in UK/SA
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets as an individual and team lead
- Experience leading sales or sales development in a high-growth startup/scale-up
- Experience aligning marketing and customer success for efficiency
Preferred
- Sales experience in an education context
- Understanding of basic tech stacks or languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Degree in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration
