📋 Description

• Own global physical security operations across all Anthropic offices.
• Manage contract guard forces: selection, SLAs, performance, renewal.
• Build scalable security standards for new offices and local jurisdictions.
• Lead global EHS program incl OSHA compliance across locations and labs.
• Own incident response for security events; drive after-action improvements.
• Run global event security; plan major events; vendor management; travel ~25%.

🎯 Requirements

• 15 years of relevant experience.
• Leadership in physical security ops at multi-site/global org.
• Owned OSHA-regulated EHS program, including labs/R&D facilities.
• Led security planning and execution for major events.
• Managed contract guard forces at scale and vendor relations.
• Experienced people manager; built and developed security teams.
• Credentials such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, CPP, PSP or equivalent.
