🎯 Requirements

12+ years in financial or regulatory reporting; 5+ years in leadership.
Transformation mindset; proven automation/project experience.
Expertise in EU regulatory, Financial and ESG reporting for fintech.
Strong people leadership; coach and develop high-performance teams.
Experience coordinating across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, NA jurisdictions.
